Information from lead generation partners. We advertise through lead generation services. When you request insulation services through one of these platforms, that platform may share your contact and project details with us.

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule and perform free in-home assessments
  • Prepare estimates, complete jobs, and provide customer service
  • Follow up on quotes and assessments, including by phone, email, and text message
  • Process financing requests through our financing partner
  • Send appointment reminders, service updates, and, where permitted, marketing communications
  • Improve our website, advertising, and services and measure advertising performance
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations

4. Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you appointment, service, and follow-up messages, and, where you have agreed, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Phone Calls

Calls to or from ProSeal may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. Because Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a call, we will disclose recording where required, and by continuing a call after such disclosure you consent to the recording. We also use call tracking technology that records call details such as the phone number, date, time, and duration to measure our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Service providers. We share information with companies that perform services on our behalf, such as our customer relationship and scheduling platform, call tracking provider, email and communications tools, and website host. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Financing partner. If you request financing, we share the information needed to process your request with our third-party financing provider, Wisetack. All financing is subject to approval. Wisetack handles your information under its own privacy policy.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. We work with advertising and analytics providers, such as Google and social media platforms, that help us deliver and measure our ads. See Section 7.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ProSeal, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we sell or transfer all or part of our business, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
